The widget can show a consent screen before any data is collected. Every consent action is recorded in an append-only audit log.
Data export and deletion
Full workspace data export on request, and account deletion that anonymizes data while preserving billing and audit integrity, with a grace period before processing.
PII redaction
Automatically detects and masks personal information in chat, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and IDs, so the bot does not echo personal data back.
Providers that do not train on your data
All AI providers run on paid API tiers, so your content and conversations are not used to train their models. You can also pick an EU-headquartered model for chat.
Cookie-free analytics
Usage analytics are privacy-respecting and cookie-free. Visitor IP addresses are not recorded by default, and you can restrict which domains may embed the bot.
SOC 2 alignment: ChatbotIQ implements SOC 2-aligned controls including audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit, automated backups, and container scanning. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress.
