You can mix and match models freely within your credit budget.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Chat responses will be paused until credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for immediate additional credits.
Do page counts reset monthly?
No. Page indexing is a hard cap on your plan. If you delete pages or sources, the count goes down and you can index new content. Crawling and embedding are included, no extra per-page charges.
What does auto-recrawl do?
Auto-recrawl automatically re-crawls your sources on a schedule to keep your bot's knowledge up to date. Standard plans recrawl weekly, Business plans recrawl daily. Free and Personal plans support manual recrawls anytime.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes, on Personal plans and above. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini API keys. Token costs go directly to the provider and your ChatbotIQ credits are not consumed for those messages.
What is the Bot Success Program?
When you subscribe annually to Standard or Business, we personally review your bot setup and optimize it for your domain. This includes content quality checks, retrieval tuning, and prompt configuration. Business annual subscribers get quarterly optimization reviews with proactive recommendations based on your knowledge gap analytics.
Is ChatbotIQ GDPR compliant?
